A luxury villa in Lagomandra, Halkidiki, Greece. In this project, according to the architect’s instructions, we combined the walnut veneer in its natural dark colour with the white walls of the house.

DIKOARCH VILLA
We have curved lines in our furniture that tie in with the corresponding curves in the ironwork in the house. A typical example is the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, where the door has a teardrop-like embossed detail, which ties in with the curve in the black metal hanging rod and the curve we created at the bottom of the structure. We used the same pattern on the bathroom door of the bedroom. On the headboard of the bed instead of angles at the edges we have created curves, so that there are no “hard” lines anywhere in the room.

The kitchen of the house is made of lacquer MDF in a shade of ice white. Without handles but with gola and hanging showcases with inox frame. The worktop and the sink are made of 2 cm Corian Dupont, as is the back of the kitchen.
The wall cladding with 2 hidden doors is a special creation of the house, all made of walnut veneer. The cladding is three-dimensional, as it consists of several strips with specific dimensions inserted with specific gaps between them. These strips are also used as handles for the doors.
